Trisha’s desire to work in the field of massage therapy blossomed while co-owning a personal training studio in Alberta.
She took the body worker program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008, and then practiced for a few years as such.
She enjoyed massage so much that she went back to school to become a RMT, graduating from Utopia Academy in Vancouver in 2012.
She is committed to bringing people out of acute or chronic pain and dysfunction through a focus in deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, and neuromuscular therapy.
Stretching and strengthening elements tailored to each individual are an important part of her treatment and self-care plans.
Trisha’s spare time is spent with her husband and two little ones, rowing, and enjoying the outdoors.
