I am a graduate of the 3000 hour program from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. I bring my passion of human anatomy and desire to engage my patients in their own health to each treatment. Having plenty of first-hand experience with injury rehabilitation, I understand the limitations that pain creates and I want to be an active part in my patients path to wellness. My holistic approach looks beyond where the pain is now to where it’s from and why it’s there in the first place, working to solve the root problem. Techniques regularly used include myofascial release, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy and deep swedish techniques with an emphasis on breath and postural awareness. You can expect to receive specific home care exercises to keep you actively participating in your rehabilitation. I am enthusiastic about challenging the boundaries of what massage therapy can do and encourage you to ask questions about your healing process.
