Massage therapy has been part of my life since I was a teenager. Growing up playing soccer taught me the importance of caring for my body so that I could remain pain free and perform at my highest level. Experience has shown me the many benefits of massage therapy, whether it’s help in recovering from or preventing injury, treating pain from long hours spent sitting at a desk, or just taking some time to relax. I approach wellness with the whole person in mind, tailoring my many treatment techniques to the individual. In a safe, supportive environment, we work together to create a treatment plan that helps achieve your personal healthcare goals.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy yoga, hiking, cuddling with my cat, and exploring more of beautiful Vancouver Island.
