Like all of you, we’ve been monitoring the evolving global impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID‑19.)
With our patients, clinicians, patient experience coordinators and their families at the center of everything we do as a company, I’d like to take the time to address concerns about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps we’re taking in our clinics, to continue our focus on keeping people safe and healthy.
The cleanliness of our clinics is always a top priority for us, and now more than ever. In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, increased sanitization measures have been added to all locations. We are sanitizing common surface areas several times daily, wiping down rooms between patients, encouraging clinicians, patient experience coordinators, and patients to stay home if they are showing any symptoms of sickness, and as always, washing our hands.
We’re closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so that we can continue to provide information and guidance as developments unfold.
We encourage you to reschedule if you’re not feeling well.
We understand this situation is top of mind for all of us right now. As circumstances continue to change, our goal is, and will continue to be, to provide a safe and welcoming place for you to feel better.
