It’s hard to find someone who truly loves their body. Many of us wish to be smaller, taller, younger, firmer or something else that we may or may not have control over. We use gadgets, gizmos and products that all promise to deliver miraculous results.
All of these improvement efforts are great and all, but how about taking an hour or so to appreciate your body exactly as it is, right now?
Your body is an extraordinary thing. Thirty-seven trillion cells all working together to keep you breathing, laughing, singing, dancing, running and whatever else you do to stay alive—and feel alive. Despite not always giving your body the royal treatment it deserves, it’s still here, working hard for you. Your body has been much kinder to you than you have been to your body!
That’s why it’s so important to be nice to your body once in a while. After all, it’s the only body you’ll ever have!
