Tiffany is a recent graduate of the 2200 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Victoria Campus. She originally moved to Victoria from Campbell River to attend the University of Victoria, where she received her Bachelor of Science (Biology major) with distinction.

Having benefited from massage therapy for nearly 10 years, she is excited to support her clients in seeking balance and wellness in their lives.
She uses a variety of techniques including Swedish, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and active modalities, all in the context of helping clients achieve their goals. She has treated a wide variety of conditions, and has a particular interest in headaches, repetitive strain injuries, stress management, and sleep difficulties.

In her spare time, Tiffany can be found reading, cooking, playing with her kitten Charlie, and practicing yoga at the Moksha studio.
